Qualifications

• Service experience with electric power systems.
• Electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read diagrams and schematics.
• Familiarity with programming printed circuit boards via PC based programs.
• Safety awareness and electrical PPE knowledge.
• Electronics or electrical training from military service.
• Clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Perform startup, commissioning, service, and preventive maintenance on LayerZero equipment.
• Service static transfer switches, power distribution equipment, and remote power panels.
• Provide on-site and remote customer support via email and phone.
• Maintain timely and detailed service records in the LayerZero system.
• Provide emergency response for critical incidents.
• Coordinate with 24/7 incident response team and customers.
