Job summary

JBT Marel is hiring a Field Service Technician to perform on-site troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and customer training for Marel equipment at client sites. You will report to the Field Service Manager and travel extensively within the territory. Ability to lift up to 50lbs and hold an English proficiency is required.

The role is remote with travel about 75% of the time, requiring authorization to work in the US without sponsorship. Benefits are provided from day one.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
• Solid grounding in an engineering discipline with technical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate in English and interact with customers professionally.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, install, maintain Marel machinery at client sites and train customers.
• Report progress to the Field Service Manager.
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Lift up to 50 lbs as required.
