Copeland is seeking a Field Service Specialist I for a fully remote US role. You will install, start-up and verify Copeland control systems in commercial refrigeration environments, with extensive travel and hands-on support under supervision.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in refrigeration/HVAC or controls, an associate degree or equivalent, and are able to travel up to 85–90%. Sponsorship is not provided; eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in refrigeration, HVAC, or control systems.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent technical training in HVAC/R, Electrical, or Mechanical.
• Travel up to 85–90% and US work authorization.

Responsabilités

• Perform basic on-site installation, start-up, and verification of Copeland products and systems.
• Terminate low-voltage control wiring and verify I/O connections.
• Load and adjust control programs with support from senior staff.
• Provide basic troubleshooting to keep systems operational.
