Job summary
An innovative energy solutions provider based in Florida is seeking a full-time Field Service Technician to provide advanced technical support for battery energy storage systems. Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
- Expertise in troubleshooting DC and AC coupled systems.
- Certification in FranklinWH, Enphase, and Tesla systems preferred.
- Knowledge of NEC codebook standards required.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for escalated issues.
- Conduct on-site inspections and repairs.
- Apply safety procedures during troubleshooting.
- Work with R&D on troubleshooting techniques.
- Maintain documentation on technical issues.
