Job summary

Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Field Service Technician to install, commission, troubleshoot, and support Eos commercial BESS systems in the field, including remote sites across North America.

The role involves extensive travel and on-site installations, with remote troubleshooting via email, phone, and AR tools. You will lead site activities, coordinate with field engineers, write reports, and ensure safety and performance.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 3 years field experience in Electrical/Electronics/Power electronics or related.
Trade/vocational training in electrical work preferred.
Experience with NFPA70E electrical safety training is desirable.

Responsibilities

Install, commission, troubleshoot, repair and analyze BESS and third-party products in the field and remotely.
Use field service tools to update, retrieve, and report data accurately.
Write reports, train customers, and respond to concerns about system performance.
Develop knowledge of Eos products and third-party equipment.
Perform acceptance and performance testing, startups, and turnarounds of BESS.
Work with HV DC electricity and related software; occasional site leadership and contractor guidance.
Provide detailed reporting to Engineers & Managers and ensure safety protocols.
