Optiv Energy Inc. is seeking motivated Field Service Technicians with BESS and Solar experience to join our team. You will travel to client sites to install, commission, and service utility-scale battery energy storage and solar systems.

You will work across construction and operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams while adhering to safety guidelines to ensure zero-incident sites. A technical degree and strong problem-solving abilities are required.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent field experience.
• Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client sites to oversee, install, and repair battery energy storage and solar systems.
• Perform commissioning, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting to keep systems online.
• Document service activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
