Job summary

HyperStrong International USA Corp is seeking Field Service Technicians to support operation, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance activities for utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). This role will report to the Field Service Manager.

These positions cover Field Service Technician I and II levels, with I targeting 1–3 years of experience and II targeting 4+ years, depending on qualifications and demonstrated competency.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely perform field service work in energized and de-energized environments.
• Working knowledge of electrical safety practices (lockout/tagout, arc flash).
• Ability to read and follow maintenance procedures and technical documentation.
• Proficiency with hand tools and diagnostic instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and reporting in service reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on BESS components.
• Execute service tasks per procedures and safety requirements.
• Document maintenance actions and system conditions in reports.
• Support commissioning and retrofit activities as required.
• Maintain custody of tools and spare parts.
