Job summary

BioCert Laboratory, LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician for a full-time remote role serving biosafety cabinets, fume hoods, and controlled-environment equipment across client sites. The role involves travel, inspections, testing, decontamination, and preventive maintenance to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include documenting work, preparing compliance reports, and communicating findings to clients, with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and timely on-site support.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing biosafety cabinets, fume hoods, cleanrooms, and related lab equipment.
• Ability to perform decontamination and documentation to support compliance.
• Strong troubleshooting for electro-mechanical and airflow systems.
• Familiarity with NSF 49, ASHRAE 110, and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field inspections and servicing at client sites.
• Perform decontamination and preventive maintenance.
• Prepare compliance reports and communicate findings to clients.
• Coordinate travel schedules and maintain service records.
