Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical experience with complex scientific and laboratory instrumentation.
• Experience leading, managing, and developing a team of engineers.
• Proven ability to build and strengthen customer relationships and drive satisfaction.
• Experience coordinating schedules, service activities, and inventory management.
• Ability to operate as a technical resource across cross-functional teams.
