Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking an Associate Manager, Field Services to lead a regional team of Field Service Technicians supporting capital equipment and services. This remote role covers the Southeast region (AL, FL, GA, NC, SC).

You will drive customer-focused service, coach staff, manage escalations, and ensure KPIs and quality systems alignment. The role requires 5+ years in field service or related roles, 1+ year in leadership, travel up to 75%, and an engineering STEM background.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering, electronics, biomedical technology, or a related STEM field.
• Minimum 5 years' field service experience with electro-mechanical systems.
• Minimum 1 year in a leadership role coaching or guiding others.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and teams.
• Ability to travel up to 75% to support regional Field Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional team of Field Service Technicians to meet KPIs and service goals.
• Coach, develop and mentor direct reports and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage escalations and coordinate with cross-functional teams as needed.
• Recruit, engage and retain staff, creating a positive work environment.
• Ensure adherence to quality policies and documented processes.
• Communicate expectations and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Stay current on internal processes, policies and procedures.
• Support remote Southeast operations across AL, FL, GA, NC, SC.
