Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in field service or related roles servicing complex electro‑mechanical systems.
• 1+ year in a leadership role with coaching/guidance responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional team of Field Service Technicians delivering equipment service and support.
• Coach, develop, and manage daily field operations and escalations.
• Ensure KPIs and service quality align with quality systems and company goals.
• Travel up to 75% to support the West Region, with remote-based duties.
