Qualifications

• 5–8 years of field service or advanced tech support in printing equipment or electromechanical products.
• Field-based troubleshooting, repair, installation, and customer support experience.
• Strong electromechanical troubleshooting; read and interpret docs and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose product failures and perform on-site and remote repairs.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and configuration issues.
• Install Epson products and train customers on operation and maintenance.
• Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, and on-site service.
• Document service activities and maintain records.
