Job summary

Indigo is seeking a Resource Coordinator to plan and schedule engineering resources across North America from a fully remote setting. You will coordinate internal engineers and partners, manage allocations via Field Service platforms, and ensure service levels are met while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires 5+ years in resource coordination, field services experience and strong communication, with familiarity with Salesforce FSL and Field Nation preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating field engineers, technicians or operational resources across multiple locations.
• Experience managing work orders through workforce platforms.
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers/partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and own tasks through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule engineering resources for break-fix, maintenance and project activities across North America.
• Coordinate internal engineers and third-party partners based on skills, availability, location and requirements.
• Manage work allocation and scheduling through Salesforce Field Service Lightning and other platforms.
• Review scopes of work to ensure appropriately skilled engineers are assigned to activities.
• Maintain records of resource availability, utilisation, training and absences.
• Monitor resource capacity and utilisation to support workforce planning.
• Ensure service levels through effective scheduling, coordination and escalations.
