Job summary

Indigo is seeking a Resource Coordinator to plan and coordinate engineering resources across the United States and Canada, working with Engineering Managers, Partner Managers and operations to deploy the right talent for incidents, maintenance and projects. This fully remote role supports the Mountain Time Zone.

Candidates must be based in the United States, authorized to work without sponsorship, with a reliable home setup and high-speed internet.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in resource coordination, dispatch, scheduling, or project coordination.
• Experience scheduling field engineers and technicians across multiple locations.
• Understanding of field engineering activities and resource allocation in telecom or data centre environments.
• Experience using workforce management platforms like Field Nation or Salesforce FSL.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience monitoring service performance and handling escalations to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule engineering resources for break-fix, maintenance and project activities across North America.
• Coordinate internal engineers and third-party partners based on skills, location and requirements.
• Manage work allocation and scheduling through Salesforce FSL, Field Nation, and other platforms.
• Review scopes of work and ensure appropriately skilled engineers are assigned.
• Maintain awareness of competencies, certifications and skillsets for effective allocations.
• Support delivery of field services across network infrastructure and data centres.
• Review completed works and ensure customer requirements are met and records updated.
• Maintain records relating to resource availability, utilisation, training and absences.
• Monitor capacity and utilisation to support workforce planning and forecasting.
• Ensure service levels through scheduling, coordination and escalation management.
