Job summary

Carlisle Companies is seeking a Field Service Representative I to support our Commercial Roofing products. This remote role lets you create your own schedule and work from home when not in the field, while traveling to customer sites as needed.

You will provide technical and customer service support, manage warranty inspections, and generate reports. Travel is required to service a regional territory with safety first and quality installations.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma and 3 years of construction or roofing experience.
• Preferred: Associate or Bachelor's degree; prior roofing/construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow CCM safety policies.
• Schedule and perform final inspections for warranty issuance.
• Provide on-site technical assistance during installation.
• Educate customers on proper CCM product use and installation.
• Serve as the day-to-day technical expert in the territory.
• Conduct warranty investigations and product inquiries.
• Deliver training with hands-on demonstrations to Authorized Applicators.
• Build strong internal and external relationships.
• Produce detailed written reports for distribution.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.
