Job summary

Carlisle Construction Materials is seeking a Field Service Representative I for a remote field position supporting CCM’s Commercial Roofing customers. You will manage warranty inspections, provide on-site technical assistance, deliver training, and generate reports.

The role requires travel within the territory, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work from home when not on job sites. A paid training program will start at the Carlisle, PA site and travel across the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma with 3 years roofing or construction experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel and work on active construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and complete warranty inspections for Authorized Applicators.
• Provide on-site technical assistance during installation.
• Educate customers on CCM products and proper installation.
• Produce detailed written reports for internal and external use.
• Travel within territory and support training sessions.
