Job summary

Carlisle is seeking a Field Service Representative I to deliver outstanding field service, service and train on roofing systems, and ensure quality installations within a designated region. The role involves travel, training, and coordination with internal teams to resolve technical inquiries.

The FSR I will conduct inspections, oversee installations, and assist in documenting reports while supporting sales efforts and warranty requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or associate degree with 2 years roofing or construction experience.
• 1 year of roofing or construction experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct inspections of completed roof installations and document CCM reports.
• Conduct Job Site Visits to oversee roofing installations and provide hands‑on assistance.
• Draft letters and reports to roofers, owners, architects, and consultants outlining corrective measures.
• Provide telephone assistance on project specs and warranty requirements.
• Schedule and conduct training programs for CCM roofing applicators and supervise crews.
