Job summary

Carlisle Construction Materials is hiring a Field Service Representative I to deliver exceptional field service for roofing installations and CCM product trainings. You will inspect, install, and document workmanship while supporting sales through technical guidance and warranty compliance.

The role involves regular site visits, remote coordination, and travel as needed. Ideal candidates have roofing experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills to engage with contractors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or associate degree is required with 2 years roofing or construction experience.
• 1 year of roofing or construction experience is required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct inspections of completed roof installations and document CCM reports.
• Oversee roofing system installations via Job Site Visits and communicate technical details to stakeholders.
• Draft letters/reports to roofers, owners, architects, and consultants outlining corrective measures.
• Provide phone assistance on technical specs and warranty requirements, coordinating with CCM teams.
• Plan and deliver training for CCM roofing applicators and supervise demonstrations of system installations.
• Mentor and train new Field Service Representatives and complete Trainee Report Cards.
• Arrange start-ups with contractor offices and provide on-site training for crews.
• Investigate warranty claims and draft investigation reports for project managers.
• Ensure vehicle maintenance and support field service activities for other CCM groups.
