Job summary

Siemens AG is seeking a Field Service Order Support for a remote role that partners with the Field Service team to drive customer satisfaction from order acceptance through invoicing. You will coordinate resources, manage service requests, and maintain documentation in SAP and other systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Solid organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages projects from order acceptance to invoice and customer delivery.
• Coordinate scheduling and movement of resources and materials with Area Manager.
• Handle service requests via phone or email and create service work orders.
• Clearly communicate project expectations to team members.
• Track project progress to ensure timely delivery per contract terms.
• Maintain client information in SAP and other systems.
• Investigate and resolve commercial or technical issues.
• Assist with project cost reporting and minimizing non-conformance costs.
• Support Field Service managers with timely reports and records.
• Schedule and coordinate department meetings.
• Serve as liaison for Field Service team with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support field technicians with open work orders until closure and invoicing.
