Job summary

Core Health & Fitness is seeking a Field Service & Fleet Administrator to support North American field service operations. The role partners with Field Service, Fleet, Customer Experience, Service Operations, Finance, Purchasing, HR, and other teams to keep data accurate and reports timely.

A background in office administration, fleet coordination, and proficiency with Excel and Salesforce is preferred; two to four years of related experience is desirable; travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business administration, operations, logistics, fleet management, or related field preferred.
• Two to four years of administrative, field-service coordination, fleet administration, or related experience preferred.
• Experience supporting a geographically dispersed field workforce or fleet is preferred.

• Field Service Administration and Technician Support.
• Fleet Administration, Maintenance Coordination, and Documentation.
• Technician Scheduling, Coverage, and Operational Coordination Support.
• Salesforce / Field Service Work-Order and Data Administration.
• Fleet, Fuel, Mileage, Expense, and Cost Reporting.
• Purchasing, P-Card, Invoice, and Expense Coordination.
• Tools, Van Inventory, Parts, and Asset Record Support.
• KPI Reporting, Data Accuracy, and Administrative Follow-Through.
• Safety, Compliance, Registration, and Documentation Tracking.
• Cross-Functional Communication and Escalation Support.
