Job summary

Core Health & Fitness is seeking a Field Service & Fleet Administrator to support North American Field Service and Fleet operations. This role focuses on data accuracy, scheduling, fleet management, and cross-functional coordination to enable leadership to focus on performance and growth.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in a related admin/field-service role, strong Excel skills, and experience with Salesforce/Field Service systems. Hybrid office/remote work is available, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2–4 years in admin, field-service coordination, fleet administration, or related.
• Experience supporting a dispersed field workforce, service organization, or vehicle fleet preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Experience with Salesforce and Field Service applications preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision.

• KPI Reporting, Data Accuracy, and Administrative Follow-Through.
• Safety, Compliance, Registration, and Documentation Tracking.
• Cross-Functional Communication and Escalation Support.
