Job summary

Core Health & Fitness is seeking a Field Service Technician to repair and service multiple product lines including Nautilus and StairMaster. The role emphasizes timely maintenance, customer satisfaction, and accurate documentation.

The technician will travel within the service area and must adhere to safety and quality standards. The position requires basic technical problem-solving skills, knowledge of hand tools, and the ability to deliver friendly customer support.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of the fitness industry.
• Basic knowledge and experience in technical and mechanical problem solving.
• Knowledge in the use of hand tools.
• Ability to recognize and solve problems in a timely manner.
• Strong sense of urgency to achieve goals.
• Willing to travel up to 25% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Accepts, schedules, and completes work orders within 48 hours.
• Document service calls start to completion and submit reports per procedures.
• Follow testing procedures accurately.
• Service and maintain Core Health & Fitness product lines at customer locations.
• Provide quality and courteous support in a timely manner.
• Relay field feedback to Director of Services.
