Job summary

Edwards Vacuum, part of Atlas Copco, seeks a Field Service Engineer to install, commission, maintain and troubleshoot vacuum equipment across Europe. The role requires regular travel with overnight stays to meet service commitments and to support customers on-site.

You will build strong customer relationships, lead advanced fault-finding, mentor colleagues, and document activities using Edwards systems. English is required, French/Dutch desirable; a mechanical/electromechanical/electronics

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in field service, customer-facing.
• English required; French and Dutch desirable.
• Willing to travel regularly with overnight stays.
• Ability to document service activities and use Edwards systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot Edwards products.
• Travel across Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands with overnight stays.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as a technical partner.
• Lead advanced fault-finding and ensure timely resolution.
