Edwards Vacuum is seeking an Onsite Service Engineer to service and repair our vacuum systems onsite in Austin, TX. You will visit customer sites, install equipment, and ensure operations meet safety standards while delivering reliable support and clear documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; AS degree preferred or military equivalent.
• 1–3 years in relevant technical field (electronic, mechanical, chemical, gas, refrigeration, or basic vacuum) with customer-facing experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English; safety compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Site Manager.
• Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair technical systems; diagnose issues to prevent downtime.
• Perform installations, ensure safety, and document activities.
• Be the on-site contact; provide service recommendations and address customer needs promptly.
