Vacuum Technique LLC seeks a dedicated Field Service Engineer to provide expert repair services for vacuum pumps and systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective troubleshooting and timely repairs.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma with technical training, experience in maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment, and a strong customer service background. This role requires extensive travel and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience maintaining and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Must be fluent in English and have a valid driver's license.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct planned and ad hoc service visits for vacuum pumps and systems.
• Perform installations and ensure safety compliance.
• Be the on-site contact for customer needs.
