Job summary

Edwards Vacuum, a division of Atlas Copco, seeks an Onsite Service Engineer to service and repair critical systems at customer sites. You will install, troubleshoot, and document activities while maintaining safety standards and high customer satisfaction.

You will be the primary on-site contact, offering timely recommendations and coordinating with the Site Manager. Required is a High School Diploma with 1–3 years of relevant experience; AS degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; AS degree preferred or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in a technical field with customer-facing experience is desirable.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and timely service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair technical systems during site visits.
• Installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
• Act as on-site contact, deliver recommendations and address customer needs promptly.
• Report into the Site Manager and coordinate with Edwards and Intel stakeholders.
