Edwards Vacuum is seeking an Onsite Service Engineer to install, commission, maintain and troubleshoot our products at customer sites. The role requires strong technical aptitude, 1-3 years in relevant fields, and solid communication in English.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; AS degree preferred.
• 1-3 years in a technical field (electronic, mechanical, chemical, gas, refrigeration, or basic vacuum) with customer-facing experience.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings; able to use software to record data and write reports.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain and troubleshoot Edwards products.
• Provide frontline customer support in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure safety and quality while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Record data and write reports using company systems.
