Job summary
Epson America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Specialist to provide hands-on support for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of professional, commercial, and industrial printing products. This remote role requires base in Greater Little Rock or Bentonville area with significant travel to customer sites across Arkansas.
You will diagnose complex issues, minimize downtime, and train customers and partners to maximize Epson technology performance.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of field service experience with commercial/industrial printing equipment or similar electromechanical products.
- Strong on-site troubleshooting, repair, installation, and customer support skills.
- Experience with RIP software, color management, and ICC profiles.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose product failures and perform on-site and remote repairs to quickly return equipment to production.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, configuration, and equipment performance issues.
- Install Epson products and conduct customer training on operation, production, and maintenance.
- Document service and repair activities with accurate technical records.
- Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, and on-site visits.
