Job summary

Qualifications
- Two-year program from community college or technical school or equivalent education and experience.
- Strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills and hardware/software diagnostic ability.
- Travel willingness to support Arizona and adjacent locations as needed.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose product failures and perform on-site or remote repairs to restore production.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and equipment performance issues.
- Install Epson products and train customers on operation and maintenance.
- Document service activities and maintain accurate technical records.
- Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, and on-site visits.
