Job summary

Epson America, Inc. seeks a Field Service Specialist based in the Greater Atlanta area to install, service, and support professional, commercial, and industrial printing equipment.

The role is remote with significant travel to customer locations and requires strong electromechanical diagnostics. You will diagnose issues, perform on-site and remote repairs, train customers, and document activities while engaging with service management on ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of field service experience with commercial and industrial printing equipment.
• Strong electromechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with RIP software, ICC profiles, and color management.
• Ability to travel >50% and work independently in the field.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose product failures and perform on-site and remote repairs to quickly return customer equipment to production.
• Install Epson products and conduct customer training on equipment operation, production, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, configuration, and equipment performance issues.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate technical records.
• Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, chat, and on-site service.
• Support pre- and post-launch activities for assigned products, including development of installation, service, and support documentation.
