Job summary
Epson America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Specialist for remote work based in the Greater Birmingham Area with substantial travel to customer locations in Alabama and beyond.
You will diagnose and repair on-site and remotely, troubleshoot electronics, software, and networking, and train customers to maximize Epson technology performance. You will also install products, create service documentation, and support pre- and post-launch activities while maintaining high-quality customer
Qualifications
- 5–8 years in advanced technical or field service for printing equipment.
- On-site/travel and customer support experience.
- Strong electromechanical troubleshooting and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose failures and perform on-site or remote repairs to restore production.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and configuration issues.
- Install Epson products and train customers.
- Provide solutions to improve equipment performance.
- Document service activities and maintain records.
- Support pre- and post-launch activities with documentation.
