Job summary
Epson America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Specialist based in Central Florida to provide on-site and remote support for professional printing systems.
The role focuses on installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair, with substantial travel to customer sites and strong customer relationship building. You will diagnose hardware, software, network issues; train customers; document service activities; and contribute to pre/post-launch documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience providing advanced field service or technical support for commercial printing equipment.
- Ability to diagnose hardware and software issues and translate into actionable fixes.
- Experience with RIP software, color management, and ICC profiles.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose product failures and perform on-site and remote repairs to return equipment to production.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and configuration issues.
- Install Epson products and train customers on operation and maintenance.
- Recommend improvements to equipment performance and customer experience.
- Document service activity and maintain accurate records.
- Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, and on-site visits.
