Qualifications
- Trade education or experience in industrial/mechanical and electrical trades.
- 5+ years of field service experience with power/mechanical equipment.
- College/university degree in electrical or mechanical engineering is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform complex field service operations with strong technical skills.
- Deliver installation, maintenance and repairs remotely or on-site.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and proactively prevent issues.
- Lead field service projects and provide direction and analysis.
- Identify and develop potential sales and business opportunities through customer knowledge.
