Job summary

Remote Texas-based; travel to customer sites will be required. Candidates should have 3–5 years in semiconductor field service, a Bachelor’s in a technical field, and strong experience with vacuum and RF systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience in semiconductor equipment service.
3–5 years of field service experience in semiconductor industry, focusing on plasma etch and deposition systems.
Familiarity with cleanroom operations and safety protocols.
Hands-on experience with vacuum technologies: turbo pumps, cryo pumps, roughing pumps.
Experience with RF power components and pneumatically driven systems.

Responsibilities

Lead installation and commissioning of plasma etch and deposition systems.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and troubleshoot complex issues.
Engage with customers and provide hands-on training on system operation.
Diagnose hardware and software problems using specialized instruments and provide remote support when needed.
Calibrate components and implement system upgrades to improve uptime and throughput.
Travel to customer sites to support installations and service needs.
