Berman Larson Kane is seeking a Field Support Engineer for the Atlanta area, delivering on-site and remote technical support for Medical OEM instruments with a strong focus on customer service. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot systems at client locations while providing hands-on training to users and labs and keeping thorough service records.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Associate degree or technical certificate preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3 years related experience troubleshooting and repairing diagnostic equipment.
Valid driver’s license.
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Windows 10/7; NT, XP, and DOS.
Willingness to travel up to 75% overnight.
Ability to travel by air carrier or rental car as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site and remote technical support for Medical OEM instruments and systems.
Install instruments at customer facilities and during sales demos.
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs for optimal system performance.
Train end users and laboratory personnel on operation and troubleshooting.
Maintain accurate service records and comply with SOPs and regulations.
Escalate issues per SOP and collaborate with internal teams to improve service.
Drive customer satisfaction through effective field service duties.
