Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Field Service Engineer I for the DxCTS organization. The role involves high‑quality service at customer sites and remote support, managing CRM documentation, and performing instrument maintenance and upgrades on IH and NAT platforms.

The position covers Norfolk, VA and surrounding areas with up to 70% travel and 100% remote work flexibility. Candidates should understand regulatory documentation, service scheduling, and installation/qualification processes, with 0–4 years of

Qualifications

• Equivalent military experience or Associate's degree with relevant experience.
• Experience managing electronic/electro‑mechanical lab equipment is preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and respond to inquiries, within defined timeframes.
• Coordinate hardware upgrades and regulatory documentation at client sites.
• Perform software upgrades and product installations with qualifications.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and document activities in CRM per guidelines.
• Collaborate with support teams for remote guidance and corrective actions.
• Travel to client sites up to 70% and work remotely from home office.
