Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Field Service Engineer based in Brisbane to deliver on-site technical support, maintenance, and repair for laboratory and medical instrumentation across Queensland and interstate territories. You will act as the primary customer-facing expert ensuring instrument reliability and high customer satisfaction in hospitals and labs.

Qualifications

• Experience as Field Service Engineer in medical, hospital, or laboratory environments.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills and energetic, team-driven attitude.
• Valid Australian driver’s license and ability to travel across assigned territories.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance on major diagnostic equipment (Grifols Panther, Xpress, Erytra, Eflexis).
• Maintain strong customer-facing presence by visiting client sites ~4 times per week to ensure high uptime.
• Manage service territory (Queensland with interstate travel to NSW) balancing travel with service delivery.
• Collaborate with Supervisor and service team to share insights, coordinate scheduling and maintain high standards.
• Document all service activities and maintenance reports per company guidelines and regulatory standards.
