Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Field Service Technician to join their Service Organization remotely. You will troubleshoot, install, and maintain diagnostic equipment while ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

The position requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience, and at least one year in equipment diagnostics. The salary ranges from $33.65 to $38.00 hourly, plus bonuses. Comprehensive benefits are also offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical/electromechanical equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Independently troubleshoot and perform maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain customer service logs and order repair parts.
• Engage with stakeholders and train new Field Service Engineers.
