Job summary

Cytiva, part of Danaher’s life sciences portfolio, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service, repair and install equipment at customer sites, with remote work flexibility. The role covers travel across the territory and requires a biomedical/mechanical/electrical engineering background, plus customer-service focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a relevant STEM degree.
• Associate’s degree with 2+ years work experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 35% within the territory (So. California, Colorado, Utah).
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical/electromechanical/electronic equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Technical: meet daily service/repair needs via installations, preventive maintenance, and parts management.
• Customer Service: maintain contact with customers for resolution and follow-up, using documented processes.
• Lead Generation: drive service business growth through sales actions and service agreements.
