Radiometer, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Field Service Engineer for Guwahati to manage Radiometer equipment across the North East and provide customer support. The role will be fully remote with on-site installations and preventive maintenance as needed.

You will drive service revenue, ensure contract retention, and resolve technical issues with a hands-on approach, training customers, and documenting service activities in CRM.

Competenze

• Attend breakdown calls in the region and raise part requests.
• Complete on-site installation and preventive maintenance; promote service contracts.
• Update service reports in CRM and generate service leads for sales.

• Handle daily service and support of Radiometer’s existing customer base and support sales & service growth and customer happiness.
• Drive service revenue sales targets while ensuring strong customer contract retention rate and warranty conversion rate.
• Resolve customer problems and issues through technical expertise and troubleshooting.
