Qualifications

• Experience using standard test equipment to troubleshoot and service instrumentation.
• Excellent customer communication skills and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive urgent resolution to meet customer needs with a first-time fix focus.
• Manage a customer account end-to-end, identifying opportunities to add value (reagents, consumables, new equipment).
• Build strong customer relationships and contribute to district revenue targets, including maintenance growth and collaborating with Sales.
