Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years Field Service experience or an Associate’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering, biology or life science, or equivalent military experience.
• Experience using standard test equipment to troubleshoot and service instrumentation.
• Excellent customer communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and build strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive urgency to address customer needs with a first-time fix focus.
• Manage a customer account and identify value-added services (reagents, consumables, additional equipment, etc.).
• Support revenue growth targets and collaborate with Sales on lead generation.
