Job summary

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service Beckman Coulter products at customer sites and build strong customer relationships. You will cover the Metro East District, primarily Northeastern Pennsylvania and North New Jersey, with travel requirements and a focus on first-time fixes.

The role reports to the District Service Manager within the Global Service Organization and offers a remote work arrangement where eligible.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in mechanical, electrical, biomedical engineering, life science, or equivalent military experience.
• 1+ year experience diagnosing or troubleshooting instrumentation challenges.
• Overnight travel 10%–50%.

Responsibilities

• Service Beckman Coulter products at customer facilities.
• Cultivate customer relationships and support commercial initiatives.
• Drive a sense of urgency to ensure first-time fix through problem solving.
