Job summary

Avante Health Solutions is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide frontline support for diagnostic imaging equipment, including repair, calibration, and verification of performance. This role requires travel to customer sites within the assigned territory and remote collaboration with the Avante team to ensure service excellence.

The candidate should have 2–4 years of Linac/diagnostic imaging field service experience, travel readiness, and strong troubleshooting skills across multiple OEM

Qualifications

2–4 years of Linac or diagnostic imaging field service experience.
Experience with multiple OEM/modality systems is a plus.
Willingness to travel 50–75% to customer sites.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary onsite support for customers within the assigned territory.
Communicate with Service Support to close issues and share detailed follow-up information.
Provide preventive maintenance and diagnose/repair imaging systems to OEM specifications.
Travel to customer sites to diagnose and repair system failures and participate in after-hours support as needed.
Train and disseminate knowledge to the organization about equipment.
