Job summary

Spacelabs Healthcare is looking for a Field Service Engineer to provide quality service for their products and ensure customer satisfaction across the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for installing and relocating company products, performing maintenance, and supporting sales efforts by demonstrating equipment.

The role requires at least 5 years of experience in field service for complex medical devices and a strong understanding of technical and analytical skills. The position may require regional travel and participation in an on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Field Service Engineer or equivalent.
• Experience working on complex capital medical devices.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install and relocate Spacelabs products as per policies.
• Perform assigned preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Respond to customer service calls within the required timeframe.
