Responsibilities

• Install and maintain diagnostic systems via installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues across multiple instruments with documented resolutions.
• Own customer satisfaction and build relationships through proactive communication.
• Plan and prioritize service visits and manage inventory for on-call rotation.
• Follow regulatory, quality, and safety guidelines and document activities for audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor other field service representatives.
• Achieve service sales, cost of service, and KPI targets for assigned accounts.
• Pursue continuous improvement using remote support tools to maximize uptime.
