Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in Engineering or Laboratory Technology.
• Ability to travel 40% within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain diagnostic systems to ensure peak performance and regulatory compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple instruments with precision.
• Own customer satisfaction by managing issues from start to close with proactive communication.
• Manage territory planning, visits, inventory, and on-call rotation.
• Ensure safety and quality documentation for audits and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor other field service reps.
• Aim for service sales targets and KPI achievement; drive continuous improvements.
