Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair diagnostic instruments to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose complex issues across multiple instruments and document resolutions.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure timely service call closures.
• Plan service visits and support on-call rotation within territory.
• Follow regulatory and safety guidelines and maintain accurate documentation.
