Responsibilities

• Install and maintain diagnostic systems: install, preventive maintenance, and repairs to ensure performance and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple instruments; document resolutions.
• Own customer satisfaction by managing issues to resolution and proactive communication.
• Manage territory effectively: plan service visits, maintain inventory, and participate in on-call rotation.
• Ensure compliance and safety by following regulatory and quality guidelines; document for audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor other field service staff.
• Achieve business metrics for service sales, costs, and KPIs for assigned accounts.
• Pursue continuous improvement with remote support tools to maximize uptime and certifications.
