Responsibilities

• Installations at customer sites and successful deployments.
• Perform preventative maintenance on Growth Direct systems.
• Provide service for emergency repairs per contract terms.
• Complete paperwork within departmental goals.
• Prepare service and expense reports and SFDC entries.
• Attend required training to meet quality standards.
• Develop knowledge of industry practices and company policies.
• Support new instrument sales by performing site inspections.
